Fun Facts: 4th degree black belt in tae-kwon-do martial arts. Chris Lee started his bartending career in Seoul, S. Korea, at Bar Old Fashioned, which was nominated best cocktail bar in Korea in 2016. He trained directly under the owner Hanbyul Lee, where he gained deeper knowledge about cocktails and an even greater appreciation for hard work, attention to detail, and dedication. Til’ this day, Chris Lee calls Bar Old Fashioned his second home, and guest-bartends every time he takes a trip back to S. Korea.

Brian Prugalidad

Fun Facts: Brian Prugalidad has had the great fortune to tend bar in America's Finest City for the last 15 years. From humbly beginning his career in craft cocktails at The World Famous Corvette Diner and Indigo Grill, Brian cut his teeth and had his most formative years at Craft & Commerce alongside some of San Diego's most recognized bartenders. From there, he's been caught behind the stick at Seven Grand, Polite Provisions, Banker's Hill Bar+Restaurant, Bracero, Campfire, The Lion's Share, Nolita Hall, Small Bar, and Rare Society.
He is also an inaugural member of the San Diego chapter of the Hubertus Circle, "... an exclusive, non-competitive programme run by Jägermeister for elite bartenders with a proven commitment to their art and craft" and is a representative for the premier virtual hospitality group "Hey Bartender."

Fun Facts: Former production brewer for saint archer brewery, so Jonny certainly knows his craft beer! Man of many talents, Jonny also has 15 years percussion musical experience. He even taught music for some time.

Fun Fact: Built his own computer just to browse Reddit. This is Jemil's first job in the industry. Previously, he's had 6 years worth of sales experience while attending college. After graduating with 2 degrees, he realized that studying at the bar made him love the bar more than the study material. So here he is, learning about cocktails, taking in the scene, and maybe, he'll open his own small, quiet spot some day.

Dominique Jackson

Fun Fact: Dominique started her career bartending learning flavor profiles and cocktails from a hookah lounge in Ohio. Throughout the years, she’s bartended across the states. Her most recent recognition was by Tales of a Cocktail for running one of the top ten best new bars of 2023 in the country. Dominique was apart of a program that she managed and redeveloped in Phoenix, AZ that focused on highlighting and educating people on Southeast Asian culture and ingredients. She also created the cocktails for Pepsi for Super Bowl 57. Dominique currently plans on using the same energy and motivation to inspire people in her new home of San Diego, California.
