Earl Grey

Earl grey-infused Jura 10yrs single malt scotch & Kasama Filipino rum, saline water, honey, cinnamon cream.

Sujeonggwa

Kasama Rum infused with cinnamon + ginger + persimmon + pine nuts + dates, house-made butter batter, hot water, dried date.

Sujeonggwa (Korean cinnamon punch) is a Korean traditional cinnamon punch. Dark reddish brown in color, it is made from gotgam (dried persimmon) and is often garnished with pine nuts.
