Our 52 Green Juice (gai lan, parsley, cucumber, green apple, ginger, lemon, celery) brings a vegetal freshness that mirrors the intensity of Pai Mei’s training. It’s layered with a proprietary tea blend of jasmine, genmaicha, and roasted barley — earthy, nutty, and floral notes that ground the drink while adding quiet strength

Built with tequila, bourbon, sherry, fig, and persimmon, this layered highball transforms as it chills — bright, effervescent, and dangerously smooth. Because revenge, after all, is a dish best served cold… and bubbly.

52R’s opening menu cocktail back in 2018. The team was focused on creating a cocktail for the opening with a nutty/earthy profile while still carrying an umami flavor. To achieve this, the cocktail uses one of East Asia’s most consumed mushrooms — shiitake.

52R’s summer version of an old fashioned inspired by the Japanese cucumber salad called sunomono. This cocktail expresses the gentle yet bold flavor of Japanese whisky along with light, salty, vinegary notes and cucumber.
