Our Fall ‘21 seasonal shrub is a collaboration with Nopalito Farm in Valley Center, California. Only 120 cases were produced.

We sourced certified organic guavas and oranges from Nopalito’s property in November, then crushed and macerated them with organic cinnamon sticks in our base of organic apple cider vinegar and cane sugar. Juicy guava flavors are complemented by the acidity and essential oils of fresh whole oranges, with a bunch of festive holiday spice on the back end thanks to crushed organic cinnamon sticks. This shrub is an obvious choice for tiki drinks but just as fun and delicious with tequila, whiskey, or just plain bubbly water. We think it’s the best one we’ve ever made. Don’t miss out.
